Timmy's B-B-Que Shrimp
Classic Louisiana BBQ shrimp — bold, buttery, and perfect for soaking up with French bread. ~Timmy Credeur
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs unpeeled shrimp with heads
- 3 sticks butter
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Juice of ½ lemon
Directions:
- Place shrimp in a baking pan.
- Add vegetables and all remaining ingredients to the pan, layering seasoning over shrimp.
- Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve with crusty French bread for dipping.
