Timmy's B-B-Que Shrimp

Classic Louisiana BBQ shrimp — bold, buttery, and perfect for soaking up with French bread. ~Timmy Credeur

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs unpeeled shrimp with heads
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Directions:

  1. Place shrimp in a baking pan.
  2. Add vegetables and all remaining ingredients to the pan, layering seasoning over shrimp.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through.
  4. Serve with crusty French bread for dipping.
