Stephen Rogers' Flamenco Martini

Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka (or gin)
- 0.5 oz dry rouge vermouth
- 0.5 oz Manzanilla sherry
- 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.5 oz pomegranate syrup or grenadine
- Lemon twist and pomegranate seeds for garnish
Directions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka (or gin), dry vermouth, Manzanilla sherry, lemon juice, and pomegranate syrup or grenadine.
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to chill and combine.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a few pomegranate seeds.
