Stephen Rogers' Flamenco Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka (or gin)
  • 0.5 oz dry rouge vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Manzanilla sherry
  • 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz pomegranate syrup or grenadine
  • Lemon twist and pomegranate seeds for garnish

Directions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka (or gin), dry vermouth, Manzanilla sherry, lemon juice, and pomegranate syrup or grenadine.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to chill and combine.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist and a few pomegranate seeds.
