Laurel's Sweet & Spicy XO Dipping Sauce
This dipping sauce is great with seafood, meats, appetizers, and veggies. Add extra vinegar for a light and lovely salad dressing! ~Laurel Blackerby
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup water
- 4 tablespoons TABASCO® Sriracha
- 4 tablespoons XO Sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1½ tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons Steen's Cane Vinegar
Directions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Whisk well until fully combined and all sugar is dissolved.
- Taste and adjust seasoning to preferred heat and flavor.
