Laurel's Sweet & Spicy XO Dipping Sauce

This dipping sauce is great with seafood, meats, appetizers, and veggies. Add extra vinegar for a light and lovely salad dressing! ~Laurel Blackerby

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup water
  • 4 tablespoons TABASCO® Sriracha
  • 4 tablespoons XO Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1½ tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons Steen's Cane Vinegar

Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Whisk well until fully combined and all sugar is dissolved.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning to preferred heat and flavor.
