Timmy's Spinach & Oyster Soup

Timmy's B-B-Que Shrimp


  • 2 sm. boxes spinach

  • 5 oz. sour cream
  • 4 T. butter
  • 2½ c. milk
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup
  • ½ c. shallots
  • ¼ tsp. white pepper
  • 2 jars oysters, drained
  • Salt & pepper to taste 2 chicken bouillon cubes


Drain and chop spinach; mix sour cream and butter with spinach, set aside. In a separate pot, add milk, canned soup, shallots and white pepper. Stir and cook for 20 minutes on medium fire. Stir in spinach mixture. Cook 15 minutes on medium fire. Add oysters. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes; salt to taste.

Serves 8.
